Graduated in Nursing from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1994), Specialization in Cardiology at Incor (1995), Master's degree in Nursing from USP School of Nursing (2001), Doctorate in Sciences (Cardiology) - Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (2009), Sandwich Doctorate in Bioethics at the Complutense University of Madrid (6 months in 2008) with a scholarship from Banco Santander/USP, Free Teaching at the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu, Unesp (2018), Internship at the Fondazione ANT in Bologna (2019), Postdoctoral supervised by Dr. Cesar de Oliveira from University College London (period January to December 2020). She is currently Associate Professor-3 at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu, Nursing Course. Member of the Red Ibero Americana de Investigacion en Educación en Enfermería. Coordinator of the CNPQ Health Metrics research group. She was an ad-hoc advisor to the National Research Ethics Commission - Conep (2013-2017). Member of the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu (2011-2017). She was coordinator of the Unesp Multiprofessional Residency Committee (Coremu-Unesp), from November 2022 to November 2023, Coordinator and tutor of the Critical Care Nursing Residency Program subsidized by the Ministry of Health, from 2018 to November 2023, Member of the Department's Council (period 2021-2023) She is currently a professor of the subject of nursing care for critical patients, Coordinator of the FMB Critical Care League, Member of the Administrative Council of the Foundation for Hospital Medical Development (Famesp) and of the Course of Degree in Nursing. She is an accredited professor in the Master's/Academic Doctorate (since 2017) and Master's/Professional Doctorate (since 2013) postgraduate programs. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;ICU/Emergency, cardiology, clinical research, working mainly on the following topics: quality of life, instrument validation, critical patients, emergency and bioethics.
