This project aim to analyze if the offer condition of public elementary school's in Ribeirão Preto city attend to principle of equity. The project is going to use quantitative methods and source's data is going to be secondary data of INEP and IBGE. The data is going to be analyzed using statistical techniques and based on studies about the same theme. (AU)
