Graduated in Materials Engineering - Department of Materials Engineering (1981), Master's in Materials Science and Engineering - Department of Materials Engineering (1989) and PhD in Materials Science and Engineering - Department of Materials Engineering (1994) - UFSCAR. Full Professor at the University of Campinas (2019). Currently is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering-Department of Materials and Bioprocess Engineering. She was a Product Development Engineer at Robert Bosch Ltd and held Management and Technical Management positions at Cromex SAT She has experience in the area of Materials Engineering, with emphasis on Polymers and their applications, working mainly on the following topics: biodegradable polymers, polymer blends, nanocomposites and organophilic clays.
