Renato Dias Baptista: Associate Professor at the São Paulo State University (UNESP). Ph.D. in Communication and Semiotics at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - Brazil. He earned an MS in Communication (UNESP) and BA in Psychology (USC). Researcher and professor of Business Administration and the Graduate Program at the School of Sciences and Engineering at UNESP. Besides many scholarly articles published in journals of business administration, communication, and culture, has 22 chapters of books. Member of the Editorial Committee and reviewer of scientific journals. Lecturer at companies, universities, and research institutions in Brazil and other countries. Previously, worked in the Human resources area in companies, columnist for Radio UNESP-FM on work topics, and collaborated in different media, such as the newspaper 'O Estado de S. Paulo', 'Estadão Noite', Jornal da Cidade, Observatório da Imprensa, Le Monde diplomatique Brasil, and Revista UNESP Ciência.
