Tânia Forster Carneiro is a Associate MS-5.1. professor at the Faculty of Food Engineering in the Area of Bioengineering and Biotechnology at the State University of Campinas since 2013. Dr. Forster-Carneiro completed her doctorate in Industrial Process Engineering - University of Cádiz (Spain) in 2004. Professor Associated May 11, 2021. Currently coordinator of the FAPESP Project (Young Researcher 2) at UNICAMP. CNPq-Level 2 Research Productivity Scholar. She received 6 awards / honors, highlighting the CONFERENCE SERIES LLC award. (USA) with the work "Study of the hydrolysis of subcritical water from green powdered coffee to second generation ethanol". She published about 148 articles in specialized journals, 168 papers in scientific events, 7 chapters of published books and 11 patents. She supervised / supervises 57 undergraduate students, 14 master's dissertations, 08 doctoral theses and 3 pos-doct students. Experience in the area of Bioengineering, Sanitation and Environment, working mainly in the following lines of research: Management and Integrated Management of Solid Waste; Energy Use of Waste with High Organic Load; Anaerobic Digestion of Solid Waste; Supercritical Technology: extraction and hydrolysis in subcritical water.
