graduate at História from Universidade de São Paulo (1973), master's at Antropology from Universidade de São Paulo (1978) and ph.d. at Antropology from Universidade de São Paulo (1987). Has experience in Archaeology, with emphasis on Mediterranean Archaeology, working mainly in the following subjects: Roman archaeology and proto-history of the Italic Peninsula, Roman archeology of the Iberian Peninsula and North Africa, ceramic technology, archaeometry, bronze and iron metallurgy, Grec-Roman lamps. Coordinator of the Research Group (CNPq) "Forms of contact and transformation processes in the Ancient Mediterranean: Rome and its provinces" 2006-2011. Coordinator of the Laboratory of Roman Archeology Provincial-LARP MAE-USP (support FAPESP). Editor in charge of the Journal of the Museum of Archeology and Ethnology from 1991 to 2013. Abrir no Google Tradutor Has experience in Archaeology, focusing on Archaeology, acting on the following subjects: arqueologia, tecnologia ceramica, mediterraneo, etnologia and africa.
