Luis Alberto Follegatti Romero is a Professor in of Chemical Engineering the Department at the University of São Paulo (USP) and has a degree in Food Engineering from UNAS (Peru). He holds a Master's (Food Engineering), PhD (Food Engineering) and a post-doctorate in Chemical Engineering from UNICAMP (Brazil). Leads a research team that focuses on the determination of thermodynamic properties and phase equilibria of complex systems related to biofuel (biodiesel, DMF and MF), recovery of Carbon Dioxide from Natural gas and high value-added biorefinery products from Biorefinery, as well as, the study of advanced thermodynamic models (CPA and Cosmo-sac).
