Hsia Hua Sheng is an expert in International Corporate Finance, specifically in multinational financial management in Latin America. Currently, Sheng is Associate Professor of Finance at FGV-EAESP and Vice President of Bank of China in Brazil. He is graduated in Economics from the University of Sao Paulo and holds a PhD and MSc. in Business Administration (Finance) from FGV-EAESP and One year visiting scholar at New York University Stern Business School. He has published papers in highly ranked finance and International Business reviews and journals. Prior to FGV, professor Sheng taught and was distinguished professor at Insper, University Mackenzie and Unifesp-Eppen, he has also worked for multinational companies (Citigroup/Citibank and Fibria Pulp and paper). He was senior manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, risk managment consulting and Auditing division and was technical director of two biggest financial risk management firms (MAPS and Luz Engenharia Financeira) in Brazil.
