Pharmacist, Master (2012) in Clinical Analysis and PhD (2016) in Pathophysiology. She works with of immunology, mycology, parasitology and cell signaling. She has experience in immunological techniques (ELISA, western and dot blot), qRT-PCR, phagocytosis assays, cell culture and murine models of infection. She completed a postdoctoral in Notch signaling at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences/USP (2018), and in proof of concept in vivo at Unifesp in partnership with the Drugs for Neglected Disease Initiative (DNDi) Latin America (2019). Her last post-doctorate was in partnership with the Phenotypic Screening Platform of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences / University of São Paulo, performing high througput screening to identify 'hits' for Leishmaniasis and Chagas Disease, and in a project to discover drugs and SARS- Cov-2.
