Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1998 Large Animal Medical and Surgery residency at the University of Sao Paulo in 2000. Master and PhD in Veterinary Medicine (Veterinary Clinical) by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of the University of São Paulo. Has experience in: ammonia intoxication in ruminants, copper poisoning and deficiency in ruminants, and ruminal lactic acidosis. Studies safe forms of supplementation for ruminants. Develops projects with clinical evaluation of vaquejada horses. Currently is Associate Professor IV at the Federal University of the Valley of São Francisco - UNIVASF, responsible for the disciplines of Veterinary Semiology and Large Animal Medicine Permanent Researcher in the Postgraduate Program in Veterinary Sciences in the Semiarid (Master and Doctoral).
