Public Health specialization (1977) and Planning for the Health Sector specialization (1982) at Faculdade de Saúde Pública, USP. Experience in Primary Healthcare and Comprehensive care since 1976. Supervisor at the Post-Graduate Program in Preventive Medicine at the Faculdade de Medicina USP since 1992, and since 2002 supervising post-doctorate program. Member of the Human Rights and Education for Peace, Tolerance and Democracy UNESCO Chair at the Institute for Advanced Studies, USP ( 2007-2013). Scientific publisher of the journal Interface-Comunicação, Saúde, Educação since 2005. Research experience in interdisciplinary approaches on Violence, Health and Gender, and on History of health practices in medicine and in public health. Since 1992 fellowship of the National Research Council - Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa (CNPq), and since 2018 member of the Advisory Committee on Collective Health and Nutrition (CA-SN). Co-coordinator of the "Research and Intervention Group on Violence and Gender in health practices" and member of the "Salus - Study Group on the History of Medical and Health Practices" (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
