Research Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. Member of the permanent faculty of the Postgraduate Program in Education at PUC-Campinas. Since 2023, she has been coordinator of PPG-Educação. She was editor of the PUC-Campinas Education Magazine from 2015 to 2023. Graduated in Pedagogy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (1983), master's and doctorate in Education from the State University of Campinas (2000 and 2008, respectively). She coordinated the GECOPEF study group - Collaborative Study Group of Elementary School Teachers - with the participation of managers and teachers, from 2016 to 2022. She was a teacher of Early Childhood Education and the initial grades of Elementary School and pedagogical coordinator of the respective education levels. He carries out studies in the area of #8203;#8203;Educational Psychology and Teacher Training, with an emphasis on the teaching and learning process in the classroom, working mainly on the following themes: affectivity and cognition, literacy, reading and writing, pedagogical mediation, collaborative groups, teacher-teacher relationship student, Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. Member of ABALF - Brazilian Literacy Association - since its foundation in 2012. Member of the ABALF board of directors for the period 2024-2025. Member of AlfaRede - Literacy Research Network and coordinator of AlfaRede-Sudeste.
