Graduated in Chemistry from the University of Brasília (1995), Master degree in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1998); doctorate in Physics and Chemistry of Aeronautical Materials by the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (2002) and four post-doctorates in Aerospace Engineering by the Institute of Aeronautics and Space at CTA with an emphasis on thermal analysis and rheology. She was a collaborative researcher in the Materials Division of the General Command of Aerospace Technology. Currently, she is a Permanent Professor at the Graduate School of UNESP Guaratinguetá and a Researcher at the Light Structures Laboratory - LEL at IPT in São José dos Campos. Has experience in Aerospace Engineering, with an emphasis on Physical Chemistry of Materials, acting mainly on the following topics: polymers, structural polymeric composites, carbon nanotubes, graphene, buckypapers, nanostructured composites, thermal analysis, rheology, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, benzoxazine, adhesives, thermoplastics, physico-chemical and mechanical properties, autoclave processing and hot pressing and environmental conditioning.
