Graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos - São João da Boa Vista, SP (1999), master's degree in Anatomy of Domestic Animals from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics - USP (2001) and PhD in Anatomy of Domestic and Wild Animals from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science - USP (2004). Post-doctorate at the Center for Studies of the Human Genome Institute of Biosciences at USP between April/2005 and April/2007. He is currently Full Professor in Biotechnology of Animal Reproduction, of the Veterinary Medicine course at the University of São Paulo, located on the campus of Pirassununga, at FZEA (Faculty of Zootechnics and Food Engineering), of which he has also been Director since August 2021. He is currently deputy coordinator of the area of #8203;#8203;Veterinary Medicine, at CAPES and member of the CNPq Advisory Committee in the area of Veterinary Medicine.Since mid-2004, he has been part of research groups in stem cells and cell therapy. He is a supervisor (master's and doctorate level of the Postgraduate Program in Animal Bioscience, Campus Pirassununga. He was president of the Brazilian College of Animal Reproduction (2015-2019). Editor of the Morphophysiology area of #8203;#8203;the Brazilian Veterinary Research Magazine from 2009 until February 2021 , Academic Editor of Plos One Magazine and Chief Editor of Animal Reproduction Magazine.He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Morphology and Reproductive Biology, with an emphasis on the following topics: Stem cells, pre-clinical studies, anatomy, morphology, placenta and reproductive biotechnolo (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
