Holds a Degree in Forestry Engineering (1996) at the São Paulo State University - UNESP, a Master's Degree (2000) and a PhD (2006) in Forest Resources at the University of São Paulo - USP and Free Teaching (2019) in Wood Quality at the Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP . Currently is Associate Professor at the São Paulo State University - UNESP. Has experience in the area of Forest Resources and Industrial Wood Engineering, working mainly on the following topics: wood preservation, physical and chemical properties of wood, wood drying, mechanical wood processing, wood panels, wood quality and raw material for the wood industry.
