She is currently Adjunct Professor CIII at the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp) on the Diadema campus. She is a Professor linked to the Postgraduate course in Ecology and Evolution at Unifesp, Campus Diadema, where she supervises a master's degree. She develops research with systematics, ecology and evolution of arachnids, with an emphasis on systematics and diversity of harvestmen. Her main interests are directed to the understanding of the evolutionary patterns and processes that are decisive for the generation and maintenance of the diversity of harvestmen in the Atlantic Forest.
