Mutue T. Fujii, PQ/CNPq Level 1B scholarship holder, is a biologist, with a Master's and Doctorate in Biological Sciences, in the area of Plant Biology (UNESP/Rio Claro). She is a Level 6 Scientific Researcher at the current Environmental Research Institute (formerly the Botany Institute), from the Infrastructure and Environment Secretariat of the state of São Paulo. She is currently Director of the Nucleous of Post-Graduate Stricto Sensu in Plant Biodiversity and Environment (Capes Level 5), where since 2017, I was a General Coordinator. I am a coordinator of the CNPq Research Group "Biological, physiological and chemistry diversity of marine and continental algae and cyanobacteria". I was the president of Redealgas (National Network on Marine Macroalgae Biotechnology) from 2019-2021. I am also a member of the Brazilian Society of Phycology.
