Paulo holds a Ph.D. from the Biomechanics and Movement Science Graduate Program at the University of Delaware [Newark, DE, USA] (2009). He did a postdoctoral internship at the Department of Neurology at Penn State College of Medicine [Hershey, PA, USA] between 2017 and 2019. He is currently Full Professor at Cruzeiro do Sul University, working as a researcher in the Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Health Sciences. Paulo is a member of the Society for Neuroscience and the Brazilian Society of Motor Behavior (SOCIBRACOM). Paulo has experience in the area of human movement, with an emphasis on motor control and biomechanics. Her research interests are centered on the following themes: assessment of neuromuscular function, hand function, gait, and postural control. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
