SERGIO ANTONIO SPINOLA MACHADO CONCLUDED HIS PHD IN SCIENCES AT THE CHEMICAL INSTITUTE OF SAO CARLOS, UNIVERSITY OF SAO PAULO, IN 1999. HE IS CURRENTLY AN ASSOCIATED PROFESSOR 3 AT THE INSTITUTE OF CHEMISTRY OF SAO CARLOS, USP. HE HAD PUBLISHED 209 ARTICLES IN SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS, WITH REVIEW, AND 420 IN ANNALS OF CONGRESSES. HE HAS PARTICIPATION IN 5 CHAPTERS OF BOOKS, 3 TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS WITHOUT PATENTS. HE HAS ADVISED 30 MSC DISSERTATIONS, 23 PHD THESES AND 11 PROJECTS OF SCIENTIFIC INITIATION. FROM 1999 TO 2019 HAS PARTICIPATED IN 27 RESEARCH PROJECTS, 16 OF THEM as COORDINATOR. ACT IN THE CHEMISTRY FIELD, WITH ENPHASIS IN ELECTROANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY.
