Postdoctorate at the University of California, San Francisco. Fellow of the Fogarty International AIDS Training Program at the University of California San Francisco in 1998 and at the University of California Berkeley from 1999 to 2001. A distance-learning tutor from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (2009-2014); Visiting Scientist at the Department of Global Health and Population of the Harvard School of Public Health, 2009-2012. Adjunct Professor of the Department of Collective Health of Santa Casa de São Paulo School of Medical Sciences. Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Collective Health at the same institution. Coordinates research group in Health, Sexuality and Human Rights of the LGBT Population.
