Juliana de Moraes Leme Basso

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Universidade Estadual Paulista-Campus de Botucatu (2000), MA in Paleontology and Stratigraphy from the University of São Paulo (2002), Ph.D. in Paleontology and Stratigraphy from the University of São Paulo (2006) and post-doctorate in paleontology Universidade Estadual Paulista (2008). She is currently Professor at the Institute of Geosciences-USP, Department of Environmental and Sedimentary Geology. She has experience in paleozoology, acting on the following topics: brachiopod, cnidaria, Conulatae, trilobite, ontogeny, phylogenetic systematics, biostratigraphy, taphonomy, paleontology of the Precambrian.
