Graduated in Chemistry from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (1990), Master and Doctorate in Science (Nuclear Technology) by Institute of Energy and Nuclear Research (IPEN/CNEN-SP) (1994 and 2000). Post-doctorate in Geological Oceanography (2004) and Professor in Chemical Oceanography (2014) by Oceanographic Institute of São Paulo University. Currently is an Associate Professor at Oceanographic Institute of São Paulo University. Expertise in Environmental Chemistry, Radiochemistry, Geochemistry and Marine Pollution. Emphasis in the following topics: marine sedimentation, natural and artificial radionuclides, recent geochronology, marine geochemistry, paleoceanography and marine pollution (metals and radionuclides).
