Graduated in Dentistry from the Bauru School of Dentistry-USP (1995), Master's in Dental Clinic Endodontics from the Piracicaba School of Dentistry of Piracicaba-UNICAMP (1999), PhD in Dental Clinic Endodontics from the Piracicaba School of Dentistry-UNICAMP (2001). AssociateProfessor in Endodontics by the Araçatuba School of Dentistry-UNESP (2007). He held a Post-Doctoral at the University of Michigan (USA) working with tissue engineering using stem cells (2011). He has acting as a Visiting Professor at the University of Sydney (Australia) as Endodontic Medicine Theme (2019-2020) through the CAPES-PRINT program. He is currently Full Professor of Endodontics at the Araçatuba School of Dentistry-UNESP and responsible for the network with the CAPES-PRINT UNESP program. He has experience in Dentistry, with emphasis on Endodontics, working mainly on the following topics: biocompatibility, repair process, endodontic medicine, root canal treatment, endodontic cements, retrograde filling material and pulp regeneration.
