Specialist in "Patología de las Construcciones", Instituto Eduardo Torroja in Madrid, Spain. PhD in Engineering, Post - Doctorate at the University of California at Berkeley, USA. Consultant for High Performance Concrete "HPC" used in the tallest building in Brazil built in São Paulo, in 1997, with fck #8805; 50MPa, when the record in height of pumped concrete in the country was broken. Author of the CD developed in collaboration with ABCP, for the Design, Execution and Control of Concrete Structures using HPC, published in 1999. In 2002 he reached the World Record for High Strength Colored Concrete in the e-Tower construction with 125MPa strength average. Consultant for several companies and entities in the country, as well as Consultant for FAPESP, CNPq, CAPES, and other Research Development Agencies.Author of more than 200 technoscientific papers and articles published in 98 congresses, national and international events and in 25 specialized journals. Author of 9 books published abroad, 3 books published in Brazil and translator of 3 other books. It is proud to have graduated 56 masters and 30 doctors in the area, who are today research leaders in its institutions in Brazil and Argentina.
