Master's degree (Cell and Tissue Biology) by the Institute of Biomedical Sciences (ICB-USP) and PhD (Experimental Physiopathology - FMUSP). Post-doctorate (Northumbria University, UK). Worked at the Department of Pathology at FMUSP and at the Department of Legal Medicine, Medical Ethics, Social and Ocupational Medicine at FMUSP. From 2004 to 2007, was responsible for the analysis of genetic identity in the Central Laboratory of Radioimmunoassay of São Paulo (CRIESP). Accreditation Invstigative pathology (2019).Currently Associate Professor at the Department of Pathology of Escola Paulista de Medicina Universidade Federal de São Paulo (EPM / UNIFESP). Forensic Pathology and Investigative Pathology for Undergraduate courses of Biomedicine, Medicine, Nursing and Fonoaudiology). Professor and supervisor at Pathology Graduation Program (Masters and Doctorate). Coordinator of the Laboratory of Molecular Pathology - Advisor CNPq, Capes and FAPESP. Experience in Medicine, with emphasis in Electronic Microscopy, Morphometry and Forensic Genetics, working mainly in the following subjects: forensic pathology, population genetics, human identification.At every stage of my career, I have benefited not only from interdisciplinary experience but also from exceptional mentors, and I am dedicated to mentoring the next generation of scientists with the same spirit.
