Eduardo Carlos Bianchi received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Since 1988 he works at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Bauru (FEB), São Paulo State University ?Júlio de Mesquita Filho?, Sao Paulo, Brazil He has worked in projects funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development and the Brazilian Federal Agency for Support since 1996. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bauru School of Engineering, São Paulo State University. His current research interests include grinding and manufacturing processes, precision engineering, and environmentally friendly cutting fluids. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
