Graduated in Agricultural Engineering from the "Luiz de Queiroz" College of Agriculture at the University of São Paulo (1992), Master and Doctor in Agronomy (area of #8203;#8203;concentration in Phytopathology) from ESALQ/University of São Paulo (1996 and 2000). Scientific Researcher at the Citrus Defense Fund - Fundecitrus since 2000. Coordinator of the Professional Master's Course in Citrus Phytosanitary MasterCitrus, from Fundecitrus (2013-2016), where he has worked as a teacher and advisor since 2009. Teacher of the Specialization Course in Citrus Phytosanitary (ExpertCitrus) since 2020. Collaborating professor of the postgraduate course in Phytopathology at ESALQ/USP since 2022. Member of the Expert Committee on HLB/Greening of the FAO Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean from 2012 to 2015. In 2013, he received the 'Agronomist Engineer Award in Citrus', granted by the "Sylvio Moreira" Citrus Center of the Agronomic Institute of Campinas, for his important contribution to the sector, and the 'Certificate of Recognition', granted by the United States Department of Agriculture, for his relevant research contributions to the integrated management of citrus HLB. Coordinator of the Phytopathology Area of #8203;#8203;Fundecitrus from 2017 to 2023 and Coordinator of the Fundecitrus Greening Committee from 2021 to 2023. Deputy Director of the Center for Applied Research in Innovation and Sustainability of Citrus (ESALQ-Fundecitrus-Fapesp) since 2025. Research Productivity Scholarship PQ-1D from CNPq. He has experience in Agronomy, with an emphasis on Phytopathology, working mainly on the following topics: Epidemiology and Control of Citrus Diseases. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
