Adriana Santos Moreno

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1997), Master Degree in Comparative Biology, School of Medicine, University of São Paulo (2001) and Ph.D. in Sciences at School of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto - University of São Paulo (2006). Postdoctoral fellow at Otago University, New Zealand, under the supervision of Allan Herbison (2007). He has experience in Physiology with emphasis on Neuroendocrinology, acting on the following topics: neuroendocrine control of reproductive function, tracing neuronal pathways and effects of gonadal steroids in experimental sepsis. Currently develops research in the development of vaccines with recombinant proteins for the treatment of allergy and asthma and investigates mutations responsible for hereditary angioedema types I, II and III in the Department of Internal Medicine, Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto.
