Graduate at Matemática from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1995), master's at Mathematics from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1998) and Ph.D. at Mathematics from Universidade de Brasília (2002). Have been working as Ph.D. Assistant Professor at UNESP - Sao Paulo State University, in the Science and Technology Institute, Sorocaba campus, since 2003. Has experience in Mathematics, acting on the following subjects: mathematical modeling applied to environmental problems and Fuzzy Logic. Former coordinator of the Environmental Engineering Course, from 2014 until 2016. During the 2017-2020 period, he was responsible for the Coordination of the Graduate Program in Environmental Sciences at Unesp, Sorocaba campus, and is currently a member of the Board of the same Graduate Program.
