Lawyer, Professor and Researcher. He is an Associate Professor at the Department of Philosophy and General Theory of Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (Brasil-USP). He developed a doctoral internship-FAPESP at the Université de Lyon (II and III) and at the Université de Paris (Sorbonne II and IV), in France. He is a Doctor (1999) and Associate Professor (2003) by the Department of Philosophy and General Theory of Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo. He defended the Degree Thesis (2011) at the Faculty of Law at USP. He was Scientific Director of the Brazilian Association for the Teaching of Law (ABEDI, 2006-2008). He was Executive Secretary (2007-2009) and President of the National Human Rights Association (ANDHEP, 2009-2010). He was a Senior Researcher at the Center for the Study of Violence at USP (NEV-USP, 2006-2010). He was a Titular Member of the Council of the UNESCO Chair of IEA-USP (IEA-USP, 2007-2010). He was a Member of the National Committee on Human Rights Education (SEDH, 2008-2010). He was a Member of the CAPES Law Area Committee (2010). He was 2nd. Vice-President of the Brazilian Association of Philosophy of Law (ABRAFI IVR/, 2009-2016). He graduated 29 Masters and 12 Doctors. He organized 96 scientific events (seminars, congresses, lectures). He delivered 23 Conferences and 177 Lectures at national (22 Brazilian States) and international events. He has scientific articles published in several languages (Portuguese; English; Spanish; French), in Scientific Journals in Brazil (Law & Praxis; Sequence; Legislative Information; Fundamental Rights and Justice) and in the world (Revue Interdisciplinaire d'Études Juridiques; Derechos y Libertades; Human Rights Education Review; International Journal for the Semiotics of Law; Actes Sémiotiques; Portuguese Studies). He has published 57 book chapters, 82 national articles in Scientific Journals, 42 national articles in Newspapers and 40 international articles. He has published 12 books on Authorship, 1 book on Co-Authorship, 2 Coordenados collective books and 3 Co-organized collective books, published in Brazil. He has published 1 coordinated book, in a multilingual character, with 18 Co-authors from 12 countries. He is Coordinator of the USP?CIRSFID Agreement, Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna (Italy). He has participated in meetings and congresses abroad, in Lebanon, Portugal (Coimbra; Lisbon), Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Africa, the United States, Canada, France, in Australia, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland. He was part of Meetings at the Goethe Universität Frankfurt Am Main (Frankfurt, 2010), at the New School for Social Research (New York, 2012) and at the Center Chaïm Perelman de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgique, 2019). He was part of the International Congress at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Berlin, 2016). He was a Visiting Professor at the Università di Bologna (Italy, 2017), he was a Visiting Professor at the Université Paris-Nanterre (France, 2018), he was a Visiting Researcher at the Collège de France (France, 2019), and Visiting Professor at the University of Coimbra (Portugal, 2023). He is a member of the Board of the Department of Philosophy and General Theory of Law at FDUSP. He has experience in scientific research for 30 years (FAPESP; CNPq), being CNPq's 1-B Researcher. He is Member of the Brazilian Network for Human Rights Education (ReBEDH, 2021). He is member of the Association for Semiotic Studies (IASS, 2023). He is member of the Association Française de Sémiotique (AFS, 2023). He published the book Philosophy of Law (Quartier Latin, 2019) and Semiotics, Law & Art (Heidelberg, Springer, 2021). He has experience in Theory of Law, Theory of Democracy, Semiotics of Law, currently develops the foundations of the Theory of Humanistic Re (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
