Bachelor's degree in Geology from the Institute of Geosciences-USP (1996), master's degree in the Geochemistry and Geotectonics Program from the Institute of Geosciences-USP (2001), PhD in Sedimentary Geology Program from the Institute of Geosciences-USP (2004), and post-doctorate from the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences-USP (2009). Associate Professor at the Federal University of São Paulo, working with the Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Science and Technology of the Sea and the Petroleum Engineering course at the Department of Marine Sciences, Baixada Santista Campus. She was the coordinator (2016-2018) and vice-coordinator (2018-2020) of the Petroleum Engineering course (UNIFESP). Vice-Chief (02/2022-06/2023) and Chief (07/2023-01/2025) of the Department of Marine Sciences, Instituto do Mar, Unifesp. Conducts research on topics related to the analysis and evolution of Sedimentary Basins, analysis of systems and depositional environments, applying concepts of sequence stratigraphy and petroleum geology. Works on projects related to the stratigraphic, tectonic, and paleogeographic evolution of sedimentary basins, integrating stratigraphic, petrophysical, paleomagnetic, and geochronological data. Coordinates projects related to the geological characterization of hydrocarbon reservoir analogs, and analysis/interpretation of subsurface data (well logging and seismic) for petroleum reservoir characterization. Advises master's and doctoral students in the Postgraduate Program in Geochemistry and Geotectonics at IGc-USP (rated 7 by CAPES evaluation).
