Rosario Dominguez Crespo Hirata is a pharmacist with MSc and PhD from the University of São Paulo (Brazil), and a postdoctoral degree from the US Food and Drug Administration (USA). She is a retired professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Sao Paulo (FCF/USP).
