Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at Federal University of São Carlos (1997), Master's and PhD in Sciences (Microbiology) at University of São Paulo (2001 and 2008) and specialization in Clinical Analysis (São Judas Tadeu University 2007). She received a postdoctoral degree from the University of São Paulo with an internship at Ohio State University (College of Dentistry) and a postdoctoral degree from Nove de Julho University. She was a professor at Braz Cubas University, at Metropolitan University Center of São Paulo, teaching assistant at University of São Paulo. She is currently a professor at medical course and in the health axis at the Faculty of the Americas. She has experience in Microbiology, with emphasis in Oral Microbiology, Molecular Genetics, Virulence Factors, Immunological Response, Microbial Diversity, Normal Microbiota and Metagenome.
