I am is currently Professor of the Masters Program in Medicine (grade 4) Nove de Julho University (UNINOVE). Has experience in the area of physiology, with an emphasis on Cardiovascular Physiology, acting on the following topics: the renin angiotensin system, hyperglycemia (diabetes), hypoxia (cardiac ischemia), ovarian hormone deprivation, exercise, cell and molecular biology (oxidative stress, inflammation and cell) death, with an emphasis on remodeling and cardiac metabolism.
