Graduate in Chemistry at Instituto de Química da UNESP -Araraquara (1996), Master Degree in Chemistry at Instituto de Química da UNESP - Araraquara (1999) and Doctorate Degree in Inorganic Chemistry at Instituto de Química da UNESP - Araraquara (2003). PhD at Instituto de Química da UNESP - Araraquara and Instituto de Química da USP - São Paulo. I have experience in research in Chemistry, especially in the field of Inorganic Compounds with Medicinal properties. Specific fields of interest: palladium and platinum complexes with antitumoral activity; silver complexes with antibacterial activities. I worked in the Universidad de Oviedo, in Spain, in the laboratories of Prof. Dr. Jose Gimeno, during 3 months (2002). Field of interest: synthesis of ruthenium complexes used as catalisers. I worked as PhD student in Virginia Commonwealth University, E.U.A., in the laboratories of Prof. Dr. Nicholas P. Farrell, during 5 months (mar-ago / 2007). Field of interest: synthesis and biological studies of platinum and palladium complexes used in cancer treatment. I also investigated new biomaterials and organic-inorganic materials at Instituto de Química da UNESP (post-doc position). I was a researcher and project coordinator in a small company focusing in the field of polyurethane for textile application. I participated in the Leaders in Innovation Fellowships Programme that was held at the University of Oxford and Royal Academy of Engineering, London, 2015.
