She is a senior professor at the School of Communications and Arts (ECA) at the University of São Paulo. Bachelor of History from the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo, obtained a Master's degree in Arts at ECA / USP, in 1995, with the dissertation Um Palco Sob das Arcadas. In 1997, she was awarded a Vitae de Artes scholarship. In 2002, he received a doctorate in Arts, from ECA / USP, with the thesis Stylistic Resources in Jorge Andrade's Dramaturgy. In the following year, he began to research the Sebastião Arruda Magazine Company in São Paulo in the first decades of the 20th century. Between 2003 and 2020 she was professor of History of the Brazilian Theater and History of the Performing Arts at the Department of Performing Arts (CAC) of ECA / USP. She has been an advisor in the Graduate Program in Performing Arts at ECA since 2004. In 2005, she participated as a research coordinator in the Traje em Cena project, which organized the collection of costumes at the Municipal Theater of São Paulo, with support from the Vitae Foundation. Between 2012 and 2014, he coordinated the survey Inventário da Cena Paulistana, on the history of the old theater buildings in São Paulo between 1850 and 1930, with support from FAPESP and Condephaat. In 2016, he completed a post-doctorate at the University of Lisbon with research on the 19th-century French tester Emílio Doux. Elaborates the second stage of the Inventário da Cena Paulistana research, on the history of old theater buildings in São Paulo between 1930 and 1955, with the support of FAPESP and CNPq. Since 2004 he has worked in the area of documentation about São Paulo theater, coordinating the Center for Theater Documentation (CDT) at ECA. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
