In 2019, I developed the research project Citizens' Strategies for Public Policies of Technocommunication Scope in Smartcity: Scientific and Social Contribution of the 20 Years of Studies of the 22 @ Barcelona Project in the field of geography of Communication. Also a post doctorate in the Department of Geography of the Universitat of Barcelona based on the themes of Smartcity (2017-2020). I conclud his doctorate in 2000 and the Master in 1995, both in the Department of Geography of the University of São Paulo. I studied Geography (1987) and Philosophy (1989) at the Faculty of Philosophy Sciences and Letters of Sorocaba. In 2012 I developed in UERJ, as Post doctoral, work of analysis of the intellectual production of Dr. Milton Santos and its application / relation with the Communication. Since 1995 as full professor of the University of Sorocaba and, as of 2006 in the Graduate Program in Communication and Culture. The projects and research are part of the Sociocultural Media and Practices Research Line, and involve the areas of Communication, Media, Geography, Philosophy, Music with an emphasis on Communication, working mainly on the following topics: Smartcity, communication and city, media and urban social movements, music, public policies.
