Electrical Engineer, graduated in 2012, with a masters degree in 2015 and a doctorate in 2019 from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), Ilha Solteira Campus, with a one-year period internship at the University of Washington, Seattle Campus. He completed a post-doctoral internship at UNESP (2019-2023) and was a Visiting Researcher at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real Campus (2019-2020). He is currently an Assistant Professor at UNESP, Rosana Campus, and is accredited in the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering at UNESP, Ilha Solteira Campus. His main areas of interest include optimization of electrical energy transmission and distribution systems, planning of transmission and distribution systems, integration of renewable sources in electrical energy systems, energy storage, optimal power flow, mathematical modeling, and theory and application of metaheuristics.
