Degree in Medical Physics at the University of São Paulo (2004), master's and doctorate (2007 - 2011) in Physics Applied to Medicine and Biology at the University of São Paulo (USP-RP). Hold a Post Doctorate in the Physics Department of UNESP/Bauru in Materials Sciences (2012 - 2013). Currently is Assistant Professor at the School of Sciences of the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP - Bauru, developing researches in the Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology Laboratory of the Physics Applied to Medicine and Nanotechnology Group. Has experience in the identification of metals in environmental samples and human tissues and in the investigation of the impact of pollution and bioclimatic variables on health. Currently works with metallic nanoparticles (NP) in neurodegenerative diseases, synthesis and characterization of NP as simulators of brain injuries and application of metallic NP in Theranostics.
