Graduate in Biological Sciences, Federal University of São Carlos (1993). MSc in Remote Sensing by the National Institute of Space Research (1998). PhD in Sciences (Nuclear Energy in Agriculture) from the University of São Paulo (2002). Currently Researcher at Embrapa, Pantanal unit. Experience in interdisciplinary sciences as Complex Systems and Sustainability, working in themes like environmental services, ecology and biogeochemistry, bioenergy, biofuels, biochar, remote sensing, variable pressure and environmental scanning electron microscopy, TI & IoT, adaptation to change climate change and mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions.
