Regina Matsunaga Martin

Chief of Osteometabolic Disorders Unit, Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism - HCFMUSP Graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (1993). Residency in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Hospital das Clínicas, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo (1997). Doctorate in Endocrinology from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (2001). Post-doctorate from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (2006). She has experience in the field of Endocrinology, working mainly in Osteometabolic Diseases: primary hyperparathyroidism, parathyroid carcinoma, CaSR mutations, pseudohypoparathyroidism, rickets due to defect in the synthesis and action of vitamin D and hypophosphatemic (mediated or not by FGF23), oncogenic osteomalacia and McCune Albright syndrome.
