Associate Professor at FZEA/USP, where she strives to transform teaching and research through the lens of innovative outreach, dedicating herself to building concrete bridges between science, innovation, and social impact. With a transdisciplinary approach, she coordinates the All4Food Network, a multistakeholder international initiative focused on building more sustainable food systems, and leads GEPEC, a research group dedicated to the strategic analysis of agri-food value chains. She is one of the principal investigators at CCD Circula FAPESP and also serves as Innovation Coordinator at CEPIx FoRC USP. Trained as an Industrial Engineer, she brings a sharp perspective on organizational economics and a strong passion for the food sector. Driven by a restless curiosity, she has built her academic path around tackling sustainability challenges and promoting science and education as tools for both public and private transformation. She believes in the university as a space for co-creation, in the power of collaborative networks, and in science as a vehicle for social change. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to investigating and enabling sustainability transitions in the food innovation ecosystem, rethinking business models, and fostering the development of a new generation of managers and entrepreneursempowered and aware of their responsibility in shaping more circular and sustainable (food) systems.
