I worked for 34 years at São Paulo State University - UNESP, along the course of Geography, Department of Territorial Planning and Geoprocessing of the Institute of Earth Sciences and Exact Sciences (IGCE) and answered by the disciplines Cartography and Geographic Information System (GIS), forming graduates in Geography, as well as environmental engineers, also working in the graduate program in geography, research in spatial analysis and space: society Culture and education, guiding students in master's and doctoral degrees. I graduated in Cartographic Engineering (Unesp), did a master's degree in Geodetic Science at the Federal University of Paraná, doctorate in transport engineering at the University of São Paulo, and obtained the title of Associate Professor at Unesp in year of 2011. I performed postdoctoral (2011 to 2012) in the center of studies in Geography and regional planning (CEGOT), the Faculty of letters of the University of Coimbra, Portugal developing in Survey GeoTechnologies applied project on Vulnerability Analysis Socioambiental. Acted as Executive Coordinator of the project CECEMCA/Unesp (2004-2009), managing actions of continuing education in Geography and Environmental Studies for teachers of basic education of various Brazilian States. I am on retirement since 2018 and I have expertise in the areas of Geographic Information System (GIS) and in teaching cartography and geography for the visually-impaired persons (Tactile Cartography). I am a researcher of CNPq research group Geotechnologies applied to Geography and cartography (GEOCART). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
