Graduated in Biological Sciences from Unesp, I hold a Masters and a Doctorate in Food Science from Unicamp, completed my Postdoctoral research in Biochemical Engineering at the same institution, and obtained the title of Livre-Docente (Senior Lecturer) in General Biochemistry from Unesp.Throughout my professional journey, I have published dozens of scientific articles and book chapters, deposited patentsone of which has been licensedand registered a software.Currently, I am an Associate Professor (MS 5.3) in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry (DQB) at the Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu (IBB) at Unesp, where I am responsible for the Laboratories of Bioprocesses and Microorganisms. I have served as the President Director of the Foundation of the Institute of Biosciences and as the Coordinator of the Office of Innovation and Technology at IBB, in addition to holding the position of Advisor for Technology and Innovation at the same institution.I am a permanent faculty member in the Graduate programs of Biotechnology and Animal Science, and my work guiding graduate students in the latter program was recognized with the Capes Thesis Award. I also had the opportunity to work at the Unesp Rectory as the Advisor for Projects and Programs at the Coordinator for Student Permanence (Cope), and I currently serve as the Technical Advisor to the Rectory Cabinet, focusing on actions directed towards Alumni and Careers.I became a mother at 18 with Diogo and at 30 with Isabela.
