Associate Professor at the Institute of Geosciences of the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with a habilitation (livre-docência) in Technological Change, Social Transformations, and the Environment (2024). Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and a Master's and PhD in Science and Technology Policy from UNICAMP, with a doctoral internship at the Université de Strasbourg (France) and a fellowship at the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Argentina). Teaches undergraduate courses in Geography and Economics, and serves as a faculty member and advisor in the Graduate Program in Science and Technology Policy (PCT-UNICAMP). Also teaches in the specialization program in Science Journalism (LabJor/UNICAMP). Serves as a reviewer for FAPESP, FACEPE, FAEPEX/UNICAMP, academic journals, and scientific events in Brazil and abroad. Coordinates or collaborates on research projects related to sustainability, bioeconomy, and energy transition, and leads outreach initiatives such as Alternativas Sistêmicas, Fitotrunfo, and Mapa das Minas. Engages in national and international academic cooperation networks. Currently coordinates the CAPES Interinstitutional Doctoral Program (DINTER UNICAMPIFMG) and serves on institutional committees dedicated to sustainability, environmental justice, and human rights.
