Juan Carlos Cebrian (M'10) obtained his Dipl. Ing. at the National Engineering University UNI, Lima, Peru, in 2000, M.Sc. degree from UNESP Ilha Solteira, Brazil, in 2003 and his PhD degree in 2008 from the Polytechnic School, University of Sao Paulo, EPUSP, São Paulo, Brazil. During 2013 he was academic visitor in the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at The University of Manchester, the UK, and during 2014 he was academic visitor in the Advanced Research Institute at Virginia Tech, Arlington, the US. Nowadays, Dr. Cebrian is Assistant Professor at School of Engineering CE Itapeva, Sao Paulo State University (UNESP). His research interests are power quality, distribution network planning, smart grid, Industry 4.0, Internet of things and combinatorial optimization. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
