Medical degree from the Federal University of São Paulo (1968) and a PhD in Biological Sciences (Molecular Biology) from the Federal University of São Paulo (1974). Currently is a senior professor at the Federal University of São Paulo. Currently, he participates in teaching and works in research at AC Camargo Cancer Center, focusing on interinstitutional relations and new developments Has experience in the field of Biochemistry, with emphasis on Proteins, acting mainly on the themes: peptides, proteases. Since 2005 work in the Convergence of Life Science with physics, chemistry and engineering . This initiative establishes in Brazil the concept of CONVERGENCE, which is considered today the future of the life and medical sciences (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
