Associate Professor at the Department of Applied Mathematics at Unicamp, has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (2001), a PhD in Science in Computational Modeling from the National Laboratory of Scientific Computing (2006), Post Doctorates at the National Laboratory of Scientific Computing (2007-2009) and at the University of Texas at Austin (2015) and a Bachelor's Degree in Numerical Analysis from Unicamp (2019). He has experience in Computational Modeling and Numerical Analysis, working mainly on the following topics: Stabilized Mixed/Hybrid Finite Element Methods, Central Schemes for Hyperbolic Conservation Laws and Numerical Modeling of Flows in Porous Media. He was a full member (2020-2023) and Coordinator (2022-2023) of the Mathematics and Statistics Advisory Committee of CNPq, CA-MA. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
