He is currently Associate Professor at the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (INCT-EI and LEB / ESALQ / USP). Has experience in Agricultural Engineering, with emphasis on Software, Artificial Intelligence and models for Soil Water Engineering and Irrigation Management, working mainly on the following topics: modeling, AI for agricuture systems, technology development, irrigation management, AI, water resources, water and soil engineering and economic viability irrigation.
