Claudio Fabiano Motta Toledo received his degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the State University of Campinas (1995), Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (1999), PhD in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2005) and Habilitation in Computer Systems from University of São Paulo. He conducted postdoctoral studies at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) during 2014-2015. He is a professor at the University of São Paulo since 2011. Toledo has experience in Computer Science with emphasis on Evolutionary Systems and Mathematical Programming applied to problems in production planning, path planning for unmanned aerial vehicles, procedure content generation for video games, image denoising, among others.
